Nina Alexander of Camberley, England, is a makeup artist and certified in holistic therapy, as well as licenced in many cosmetic services. Nina was already running a successful business, but since joining Arbonne, her life has completely transformed in many ways. Due to my natural approach to health and wellness, I had been looking for a beauty brand to integrate into my business. I was looking for products formulated without parabens or harmful chemicals, but had not yet found a range that I considered pure, safe, beneficial, and most importantly results driven. In May 2013, one of my clients gave me some RE9 Advanced® samples, and I was completely astounded at the change in the appearance of my skin within just three days. I was delighted with the skincare, so I agreed to try the Arbonne cosmetics range. As a makeup artist, the quality and finish of the products I use is of paramount importance. I was concerned that it wouldn’t be of the same quality I was used to, however, several of my clients were looking into vegan and botanically based makeup and Arbonne certainly ticked that box. Well, I was astounded! The standard of the cosmetics range surpassed the quality of anything I was using, and everyone I used the makeup on raved about how light it felt and how flawless their skin appeared.

Completely bowled over by the highly effective product range, I researched the products before integrating Arbonne into my appointment based beauty business. I jumped straight in! I didn’t have a lot of spare time — as well as running my beauty business, I was also mummy to a 2 year old and a 1 year old. Ironically, the week after starting my Arbonne business, I found out I was pregnant again! I was concerned about having time to devote to my Arbonne business outside of my existing beauty clients. What I discovered very quickly was that most of the people in my life fell in love with the products as quickly as I did. Soon after, my business developed into a team of loyal customers and a team of Consultants who I have mentored and taught how to run successful businesses.

Working with fabulous and inspiring people and helping them achieve their goals has become my passion. I’m so excited to help them build a future. I witness them building teams all over the world, which is all part of my business. The personal growth and development that you receive in this business is mind blowing, and I love seeing my team grow into even better versions of themselves.

In July 2015, just over two years after I started my Arbonne journey, I became a Regional Vice President. As well as earning Tiffany & Co. jewellery and flowers, I got handed the keys to my brand new Mercedes-Benz, which I earned through the Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus Programme, and I also earned an all-inclusive trip to the Bahamas. My income from my Arbonne business has surpassed what I was previously earning, and I am running it alongside three very young children (and I have my fourth child due soon). I love the fact that I work so flexibly around my children and I will never have to miss a school sports day or a birthday. Most importantly, I’m able to financially make a huge difference to my family and I have relieved my husband from financial pressure. In my beauty business, I have a limited income as I will only be paid for the hours I physically work. In my Arbonne business, I have time leverage and unlimited income potential. One of the most powerful things I’ve realised about this gift is how I can help others, whether it’s their physical appearance or a life changing business opportunity.

People ask me whether you have to have a beauty background to be successful in Arbonne. Absolutely not! We range from dancers to accountants, and my team ranges from teachers to midwives to lawyers. They’re all people from different backgrounds who simply said yes to an amazing opportunity that has no risk and huge potential life changing gain.

My number one favourite thing about being an Arbonne Independent Consultant is the lifelong friendships I have made and the fun that we have had from Liverpool to Las Vegas!
