The Missing Link
As one of Canada’s top athletes and fitness models, Sudbury, Ontario’s Aleisha Hart knows what it takes to be healthy and to be successful in business. Having built a lucrative fitness career based on commitment, determination, and sacrifice, she understood exactly what was needed to achieve big goals. While Aleisha had seen great success in her fitness business, she saw Arbonne as the missing link between health, wealth, beauty and true happiness.
At a young age I was taught to create my vision and find my passion — and that with dedication and perseverance anything can be achieved. Early successes and great focus has me competing as a world-class professional athlete and one of the top figure competitors in the industry. Developing my brand as a top athlete and fitness model has guided me into running a very lucrative global fitness consulting business. Working as a life coach has made me passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Two years ago, my life changed forever when I was introduced to Arbonne. I really wasn’t looking for an opportunity as my life seemed so complete and on the right track. Looking back, I thought I had it all. What more could I ask for? I was one of Canada’s top professional figure athletes and a top fitness model featured in more than 70 publications; I had travelled the world; I ran a very successful fitness consulting business gone global; I was a coach, a mother and much more. But I realized I did not own my time.
What first drew me to Arbonne was the concept of pure, safe and beneficial products — particularly the Essentials line, with such high quality ingredients and high absorption rates. But just as important to me was that I knew I wasn’t truly present in my life because I was running the rate race and working around the clock. I knew if I kept doing what I was doing, I would be in the same spot a year or two later. Arbonne held the potential to help free me and give me my time back.
Arbonne has been the biggest gift and blessing in my life. It was definitely the missing link and vehicle to help transform me completely, but to also help transform many lives not only on the outside, but to provide opportunity to transform lives 100%. This was also an opportunity for me to become a better version of myself, to own my time and be present in my life. I knew there was more I needed in my life than just being that professional athlete, a great coach or inspiration people needed to live healthier lifestyles. I have always been a perfectionist and have always said, “I can be the best athlete and streamline my physique to perfection.” But to become a better version of me, it was going to take some work in facing many fears and learning to dream bigger than ever before with a no-matter-what attitude. So that’s what I did.
I jumped in with two feet and my business immediately took off. My cousin, now ERVP Lee-Ann Fielding, was one of my first business builders and she had also jumped in with great vision. I took off with my business for about five months, but then out of nowhere I began to let my fears get in the way, almost like I wasn’t worthy of this incredible success, as if I was truly scared of where this was all going so quickly. At the same time I talked myself away from what could be and I lost sight of the bigger picture. At this point I stepped out of my business for 10 months and fell back into what I knew best and where I was most comfortable — competing, being the best athlete and making it to the 2012 Olympia. I was frustrated and so upset that I couldn’t wrap my head around my fears and the doubts that sat heavy on my shoulders. I allowed my business to run for 10 months where I didn’t really do a whole lot, and I watched the success of my team grow past me.
My cousin and aunt both promoted out to RVPs and things were definitely booming. That was the turning point for me. My cousin Lee-Ann’s success opened my eyes that this was a life-changing opportunity that I was throwing away. It helped me to see and learn how worthy I was to also have this success, and to face the insecurities that were holding me back. I needed to dig deep and find the reason Why I was doing this. Working best under pressure, I made the decision to jump back in, but this time I burnt the boat; there was no turning back. Jumping back in meant growing a whole new Region and starting from the bottom. So that’s what I did, taking time to build a new Region and promoting out to an ERVP.
Dedication is the ability to see a task through to completion. Many people start; few people finish. Having Arbonne in my life will always have me growing, leading, inspiring and guiding not only myself, but anyone who is ready to dominate their life.
It feels incredible to now say I LOVE MY LIFE, and that it’s now complete. I am confident that I am the best mother, a better daughter, a better friend and the best leader I can possibly be — because of Arbonne!
I want to thank ERVP Shannon Zangari and NVP Dana Zangari for introducing this business to me and giving me this life-changing gift. You never gave up on me and you believed in me from day one. Also to my cousin ERVP Lee-Ann Feilding and aunt RVP Ginette Spooner for inspiring me to not give up on this amazing dream. I love you all xo
To my incredible team, I couldn’t be more blessed than to have all of you in my life and to share this amazing journey with you.
Imagine with all your mind, believe with all you heart, and achieve with all your might. Life is beautiful.
